Contract rates: Daniel Perry Plumbing & Heating

My objective is to provide a value for money service with no hidden extras! Please find details below and a list of rates and charges:

Fixed Fee Work:
I provide services such as boiler replacement and repair and smaller projects such as repair & replacement on a fixed fee basis. Exact charges vary depending on the nature of the job and I am happy to assess and quote for free.

Materials:
I work on an hourly basis (unless otherwise agreed) so time spent travelling to obtain necessary materials to your job will be charged.
All materials & parts will be charged at trade price + 20%.

Parking:
Unfortunately I have to charge for parking unless guest parking permits are available.

Payment:
Payment is expected once the work is complete.
I do not charge VAT.
I accept cash, cheques & bank transfer.
